Syzygy (astronomy), a collinear configuration of three celestial bodies. Our core memories from the dance floor revolve around the fleeting moments when the sound system, crowd, and artist align. We’re focused on building a community around and releasing the music that makes you feel alive on the dance floor. Our priorities are not going viral or making a profit. This is a labor of love focused on the music and the community.
Syzygy (philosophy), a term used by Carl Jung to mean a union of opposites, e.g. anima and animus. The mainstream modern techno sound is groovy and tool-focused but lacks emotional depth. Instead, we’re after the contrast and balance between power and emotion. We want each track to stand on its own as a work of art.
